The Appleby family have selected a few of our favourites for different occasions. We have tried to create well-balanced cheese boards for you.
They all include a touch of Appleby’s – of course! The three Appleby cheeses – Appleby’s Cheshire, Appleby’s Smoked and Appleby’s Double Gloucester have been joined by other classic British Territorial cheeses, plus some we just like - including goats cheese and soft cheese.
We have spent time tasting and selecting biscuits that we feel work with our cheese selections. The biscuit plays an important role in completing the enjoyment of any cheese - to balance flavours and not overpower the cheese.
