Description
Appleby's Smoked is Appleby's Cheshire smoked in our on-farm smokehouse. The cheese is smoked for 32 hours using oak wood chips to create a delicate infusion of smokiness through the cheese.
Appleby's Cheshire has made from a recipe handed down through generations of the Appleby's family since 1952. It is truly `proper' Cheshire cheese - clean and zesty with a rich mouth watering finish and a moist and crumbly texture.
